If Victor Neuman had a vasectomy how did Sabrina get pregnant on Young&Restless?

That is what everyone is wanting to know. They are supposed to announce tomorrow to Vikki and Nick that Sabrina is pregnant so that will be interesting to see the reaction. Maybe we will finally get the answer. Maybe Victor will tell them that he got the vasectomy reversed years ago!!
