3-5 second submerged cell phone - please help! it's an emergency!?

I would not consider this an emergency, I would consider yoru hair on fire or a rabid moose in yrou living room an emergency but hey everyone has their threshold of the term Emergency. Leave it out to dry, their is really very little else you can do other then dissasembling the whole phone and drying it from the inside.
