Important Question on The Cadillac tax and my job Union job.?

Not to complain in a time with so much unemployment, but I have been working a pretty low paying civil service job for about 5 years. It is extremely dangerous and is very taxing on your body and mind. I knew the salary would always be fair at best (i accepted that) but mainly took the job for 1) some security and 2) that it had great health benefits. Will the Cadillac tax make my job completely worthless and with no benefit at all? If I pay taxes on my healthcare, shouldnt i just get a better paying, less dangerous job that I may actually enjoy doing? Who will want to be future Correction officers, Firemen, etc? What happened to Mr Obama not taxing Middlle Cl (if you would even consider me that!?) Thanks Barack!! Don't democrats help the working cl?
