How could i help my friend?

my friend has been dumbed by his girlfriend, their relationship stays 2 and half years, he got problemswith his mother cause she has mental dsieeas she take with it every one . even his brother got the same problems but they support eachother and get married and even the wife's brother before she didn't go to his home, due what had happened with my freinds g.friend she doesn't enter in his home for these last year and half. last week she told him that she fed up with this situation and she dumbed him. he is dpressed, cause he loved her soo much ( he stiil) she was on a pedestal with him... but i come out with a conclusion that she's getting too much the story of his mum now, cause the relastionship is with him not with his mum, and these last one and half year she didn't go. doyou think there is someoneelse? that's what i tought> he is still very bad, i would like to help him but my boyfriend and i we don't know what to do... we even tried to speakwith herbut she is with the same conclusion.. how can ihelp him, pls suggest me something!!! he got friends, but, his brother is married and we my boyfriend got a relationship with me so he is fiding really bad to go out with us!!! pls tellme what to do????
