Is Cutler a viable fantasy QB1?

12 Team, non-ppr, 6 point ping tds. I think I did as well as possible picking 12th : Moss, Nicks, Garcon, Deangelo, Greene, Thomas, Forte and a handful of potential like Dez and Spiller but I can't help looking at Cutler and cringing in fear. Stick with him, try to make a trade, or use a plug and play match-up based qb strategy?
