I know she likes me, least she throws out a bunch fo signs, but why won't she act like it?

We've hung out a few times, about 3 or 4, and she throws out signs that she likes me but doesn't act like she does. Lately it's been less than usual of her feelings but I can understand since I just went through some depressive mood lately and that's not attractive to anyone. She's told me before she's not sure if she wants to date anyone right now and seems very confused in what she wants, with anything really not just relationships, but I just like to know shes actually interested in me. At this point, after going through my depressive moment, realize I shouldn't be stressing so much over her or a gf for that matter and just enjoy my life. All I really want is for her to ask me to go hang out ONCE. just once. Not a date but just to hang out. I'd love a date but I have fun with her every time we hang out so I'm perfectly fine just sittin around and talkin. Any way for me to ask her about it, just keep askin her to hang out, ignore, etc.? She just turned 19 too and is not very out goin
