Gastric Ulcers in horses?

My mare is a 17 year old thoroughbred. she has gastric ulcers. What is a good feeding program for her? She is a hard keeper. She is already getting rice bran and alfalfa cubes along with grain. I want to get her off the grain as much as possible, so what can i replace it with so she doesnst loose weight?
