Volunteering in France?

I am an American studying French and would like to volunteer in France next summer (2010). I was gong through a website, and it seems as though most volunteering programs offered are for 18 and older--I will be 17. Anyone have any ideas as to volunteering programs for a 17 year old who wants to learn the language more? I don't mean a "multicultural program," where I go to cles and tours and all that stuff taught by Americans as well. Rather I mean, where can I volunteer for a few hours a day, be able to speak with the locals, while being 17?
