You should definitely take advantage of being able to live home for as long as you can. You should move out when you're ready, not just when you want to. Living on your own isn't easy, you have so many responsibilities they you may not even realize right now since you don't have to worry about them. If you're going to move out you need to make sure that you have a stable job that you know is going to pay rent every month, groceries, and gas, along with any other bills you have to pay (cell phone and car if your parents don't pay it). You're also going to want to have a talk with your friend and her boyfriend to set some good ground rules. Sometimes you think living with people is a great idea until you move in and things turn out a lot worse than you thought. If this is something you really want to do it's not a bad idea but you should start planning. You've still got a couple of years to go and I would take advantage of that time to think about this, get a job and start saving up.
