Do you get this one withoyut explanation?

It's been a real trend in business today to place call centers in India or Pakistan, because both countries have an educated, English-speaking work force. The National Suicide Prevention Hotline recently moved it's call center to Pakistan, but had to close it when they found out that people who were calling in who felt suicidal were asked if they could drive a truck.
