All you can eat buffet?

For $ 10.95, lunch, I'm allow to eat as many as I want at locale buffet rstaurant. The question is, how to enjoy, or more harshly put, get my money worth. I've tried with little bit of every thing, but only last three rounds. The contents usually, california roll and some other sushi imitation, 'cos its cheap compare to real one, fried chicken wings, fried noodles. But, I cann't the third plates, and it take 1.5 hour. Dessert last and not very much, no more room. So, back to the question 'how to get my money worth at buffet restaurant'. Any thought?
