Widsom teeth cut out?

i had all four of my widsom teeth cut out on on sep 23 and it went fine but the next day i thought i would be fine i ate bread sticks and nachos slowly and that night on the bottm left side a peice of my gums came off the left side and ever since my mouth has been bothering me there its stll a big hole lk 2 centimeters and ive been rinseing my mouth out with warm salt water and cleaning it everytime i eat it hurts all my teeth on that side on the bottm it hurts to put pressure on any of my teeth on the left side on the bottm i think i might have an infection but i dont know this was my first real surgoery
