Which skirt goes with this top better?

dude gurl, your way to over doing it, if you wear it with the first skirt, it's too flownsy every where RUFFLES EVERYWHERE totall nono. the next skirt just looks wierd with it, the pants short, with to bubbly, you gonna ruien the shirt if you doing that with that shirt you just need to wear a pair of normal shorts or else you ruien the desighn of the shirt, drawing attention to just nothing.! :)
