What do i do if i get an email from another user that says..?

Best strategy on the net is to completely ignore people like that, even if you report them it is a form of reaction and that is exactly what they are looking for. By completely ignoring them "you are saying, I don't see you" and that is the last thing they want, "not get noticed" :)
