Toilet bowl cleaner stuck in pipe?

Without thinking, I put a toilet bowl cleaner (round puck-like cleaner) in the toilet bowl instead of the tank. This seems to have gotten stuck somewhere in the pipe and now the toilet does not flush well (water swells up). Any tips or suggestions to resolve this problem? Thank you so much!
