STINKY NIEGHBORS: What can be done besides moving?

these nieghbors stink horribly. they do weed every night and fish bowl my room. i told on them now theyve added cigarettes to the mix and do it under my daughters room, which seeps thru the floor. they also cook stinky smelling bean stuff 3 out of 7 days a week. it makes the house smell like a sewer for hours. then they burn food at least 1X a week. they light stinky incesne which seeps through the floor its nasty. then they have it smells like rotten juice. what can be done about these smells besides moving? Should i articulate the experince to the landlord or dont bother & start saving to move. thanks
