I need help with a chem probem.?

24.7g of a nonionizing solute are dissolved in 525g of water. The freezing point of this solution is -0.97 degrees C. What is the molar m? I know the answer is 90.1 g/mole but i dont know how that was found!! PLEASE HELP! :)
