How do i remove this sticker residue from my car window?

tbh at this point im not 100% certain its residue, first off its a hard top for a jeep wrangler, so i had soft when i bought my jeep, then got a hard top on craigslist, it looked fine, nothing wrong with it, then one day i was comin home from work (i work till midnight) and it was foggy, so there was some dew on my windows, and u could read it plain as day, what sticker they had on there before, so im like oh, must jus be residue, so i tried scrapping it with a razor, and that wouldnt take it off, i tried it with windex too, that isnt working, so i figured maybe its jus really on there, sooo i go get some adhesive remover, and spray that on, like half the can ive used trying to get one side to remove (its on all 3 windows btw) and it didnt even scratch it, took some of my hard tops paint off tho, so now im not sure wth it is, its starting to irritate me cause i wanna get it tinted so im not sure if they can tint over that or not, cause when its sunny out, normal, no dew on it, u cant see a thing, u can see right threw it, no residue even appears on the window, do u think maybe he got that tinted on or something, i mean i really am baffled at what to do next, my next step would be call the tint place and ask if they can remove that stuff, or put stuff over it, any clues as to what that is, and how to remove it
