Does anyone in the Federal Govt actually vote and speak what THEY think as opposed to what their PARTY thinks?

Is there anyone in the Federal Government willing to actually stand up for what they believe to be right instead of relying on what they think they SHOULD stand up for to get themselves reelected? Is there anyone at the Executive or Legislative levels who has the sac to cross party lines while voting and vote what he thinks is right instead of just voting down party lines and trying to wreck the other guy's plan just because they can? Is there anyone who DOESN'T treat our government like a contest of how many times they can make the other side fail, and instead treats it like it's supposed to be treated?
