Advertising on a pickup do you need commercial plates in ohio?

I am self-employed doing drywall work and etc. and I was wondering if you need commercial plates if you put those magnetic sticks on doing advertisement. Couple people said yes but others said no if you dont put a phone number on it. I tried looking on the dmv website but couldn't find anything about it
